The private front guest entrance leads to Room 2 on the second floor. It features a vintage classic turned posted Queen-sized bed with comfy cotton bed linens. The room is decorated in calming neutral tones with colorful quilt. Located in the west corner of our guest house, the room is bright at the end of the day with the setting sun. Your toes will appreciate the radiant floor heating. We don’t allow shoes in our home so please bring your slippers. Beautiful views lookout to The Green Mountains (including Mount Mansfield and Jay Peak), pasture bordered by hedgerows, mixed forest and native wild flowers or in the autumn the stunning fall foliage. Brilliant sunsets can be enjoyed in your room or outside from a lawn chair. A large walk-in closet has plenty of storage, a folding luggage rack, extra pillows and blankets. This room has a private spacious full bathroom with a 5 foot tub, lots of fluffy towels, hair dryer and a magnified make-up mirror. In the guest common area, a small refrigerator, coffee, teas and hot chocolate are always available.
